The LECG Global Competition Policy Practice is an integrated team of economists working in 8 offices in the United States and Europe. The practice is led by David S. Evans and Jorge Padilla who have worked jointly on many major multi-jurisdictional matters.

The Global Competition Policy Practice has more than 30 economists most of whom have Ph.D.s from leading departments in the United States and Europe. Many have held high-level positions at competition authorities or hold professorships at the top graduate economics schools, business schools, and law schools in the United States or Europe.
